PAYMENT
Basically: NO MONEY - NO PICTURES !

We will accept cheques with a supporting current bank card and of course if all else fails, we accept cash

CANCELLATIONS - we charge for wasted time

PEOPLE
While on our premises you are covered by our public liability insurance.
Minders are expected to keep minors under control and protect their safety
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who will not obey our rules - safety or otherwise
It is a condition of entry to the that visitors are required to submit to a personal search if suspected of theft

EQUIPMENT
If you damage our equipment we expect you to pay for it's replacement or repair

CONSUMABLES
Items such as background paper, smoke and other consumables will be charged as used - details are available

OBJECTS
As far as we know, photography never hurt anyone but if we drop your favourite prop when handling it, the problem is yours

COPYRIGHT
We retain our copyright to all images taken by us - this may be waived by arrangments made prior to the images being taken

PUBLISHING
We reserve the right to publish on our websites any image taken unless precluded by arrangements made prior to the images being taken
